Support for AWS Neuron

With the move to Alpine as the base OS for KubeZero, we also added support for Inf1 instances part of AWS Neuron .
Inf1 type workers will automatically load the custom kernel module and expose the /dev/neuron* device. The also required aws-neuron device plugin is integrated into the KubeZero-addon module and can be installed easily.
